I had a fantastic time at The Wiltern! The venue itself is gorgeous, and the staff were exceptionally warm and helpful.
A few days before the show, I reached out to request an ASL interpreter, but unfortunately, there was some sort of mix-up because when we arrived, the accessibility team wasn’t aware of the request. Luckily, we arrived as soon as doors opened, and despite the last-minute nature of the situation, the staff sprang into action to make it happen. Their dedication and problem-solving skills were truly impressive—they went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience.
The only downside was the accessible seating. Three of the four chairs wobbled due to uneven legs, which wasn’t ideal. That said, Jeff Arcuri was so funny that we were too busy laughing to let it be a distraction. Concession prices were steep, though that’s to be expected at a venue like this, and parking can be expensive unless you’re up for a bit of a walk.
All in all, The Wiltern provided a really positive experience. The kindness and effort of the staff made all the difference, and I’d definitely return for another event!
We had the pleasure of seeing Jeff Arcuri here. The Wiltern is an awesome building, but for us, it wasn’t the building that stood out, it was the amazing people at guest services. We had called the day before to ask for an ASL interpreter for the show and we were told we would get a call back soon to see if they could get one. When it was time to head in for the show, we still hadn’t heard from them so we went over to guest services to ask. They had no idea what we were talking about and hadn’t heard of the phone call. I really hope I spell her name right, but Rebecca went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we had an interpreter for the show. As soon as we asked, she took action and got on the phone to make sure we had an interpreter for when the main act came on and she saved the day. If it wasn’t for her, we wouldn’t have had such an amazing time. So thank you Rebecca from guest services. You are awesome!!!
